JSC holds interviews to fill 27 vacancies

JOHANNESBURG - The MK Party says excluding John Hlophe from the Judicial Service Commission is unconstitutional.

This after the High Court in Johannesburg dismissed its bid to stop a Judicial Service Commission sitting.

It says it will pursue all legal avenues to remedy the situation.

Meanwhile, the JSC is going ahead with interviews to fill 27 vacancies, including Western Cape Judge President.

That's the position Hlophe held before his impeachment.
