PRETORIA - It's a tragedy that has shocked the nation and left the village of Ngobozana village in the Eastern Cape terrified.
Eigthteen relatives were killed in two mass shootings in Lusikisiki and 15 of those victims were women.
Minister of Women, Sindisiwe Chikunga, says crimes against women has now moved beyond a crisis.
"The laws that we have should be implemented from start to end so we can reap the fruits of the laws we have," she said.
