Cape homelessness | City ordered to provide alternative accommodation

JOHANNESBURG - The Western Cape High Court has ordered the eviction of over 100 homeless people from the Cape Town CBD, provided they are given alternative accommodation.

The Socio-Economic Rights Institute says their clients conceded right at the beginning, that their occupation was unlawful.
