Discussion | New administrator for Thabazimbi council

JOHANNESBURG - The dissolved Thabazimbi council has a new administrator. 

Mavi Maseko has been tasked with restoring governance in the troubled municipality.

This intervention comes after the municipality was dissolved under Section 139 (1) (c) of the Constitution.

It's a section that allows intervention to restore effective governance.
