Magudumana fights arrest appeal

JOHANNESBURG - Judgment in Dr Nandipha Magudumana's latest appeal case will be handed down next week.

Her legal team is seeking to set aside the judgment dismissing her application to have her arrest and deportation from Tanzania declared unlawful.
