Ramaphosa: Bela Act discussions ongoing

KEMPTON PARK, Gauteng  - The Bela Act is in the process of being implemented, that's the assurance from President Cyril Ramaphosa.

The bill which focuses on transforming the administrative processes of schools and the basic education department has been a contentious issue.

Ramaphosa was speaking at the National Teachers Awards in Kempton Park.
