Criticism of independent Phala Phala panel should not be personalised: Analyst

JOHANNESBURG - There has been criticism of the judges who put together the report on Phala Phala.

Some in the legal fraternity are questioning the methodology of the independent panel.

It was set up by Parliament to assess whether President Ramaphosa has a case to answer to about the theft at his farm in Limpopo.

Mbekezeli Benjamin from Judges Matter says the report should not be personalised to the individuals who put it together.
