JOHANNESBRUG - Government plans to spend over R6 trillion to stabilise the power grid.
It includes the procurement of nuclear, gas and clean coal power plants.
This is all part of the revised Integrated Resource Plan, which is now open for public comment.
It was published yesterday after cabinet approval in December.
