Water experts warn of day zero emergency in Gauteng

JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng is facing a water supply emergency, with experts warning that the province is on the brink of a “full-blown Day Zero crisis.” 

Professor Anthony Turton from the University of Free State has highlighted the imbalance between water demand and supply.
