Smarter Mobility Africa 2024 summit kicks off

MIDRAND - A new era of mobility. That's the focus of the Smarter Mobility Africa summit kicking off in Midrand.

The three-day event will officially be opened by Transport Minister Barbara Creecy.

It brings together transport experts, government leaders and innovators from across the continent.

This year's conference is held under the theme 'Embracing the New Urban Era through Smarter Mobility'.

It comes as South Africa observes Transport Month.
