Opening of parliament | Western Cape Police Commissioner comments on crime

CAPE TOWN - The opening of Parliament comes once every five years and Thursday, President Cyril Ramaphosa will set out his plans for the years ahead.

The City Hall is already a hive of activity with preparations for the event well underway.
