Senzo Meyiwa trial | Decision expected on controversial second docket

JOHANNESBURG - The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial continues on Tuesday morning at the North Gauteng High Court.

A decision is expected to be made on Advocate Mshololo’s special entry application.

She wants the high court to note that the her client, accused number five's rights to a fair trial have been violated by the state’s failure to disclose Docket 375.

This docket implicates Kelly Khumalo and those who were in the house with Meyiwa on the night he was shot.
