Mashaba: There are efforts to capture JHB

JOHANNESBURG - Action SA leader Herman Mashaba says corrupt hyenas are trying to capture the City of Johannesburg.

This is after opposition parties called for a motion of no confidence against Mayor Mpho Phalatse.

Last week, the council Speaker, Vasco da Gama, was voted out.

Mashaba says certain individuals have been paid to stay away from council.
