Joburg Fire | There's hope that those in hospital will recover: GP Health MEC

JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng Health MEC, Nomantu Nkomo-Ralehoko has provided an update on those injured in yesterday's building fire in the Joburg CBD.
Seventy-four people, including several children, died in the fire, while many more have been hospitalised at various Gauteng hospitals.

Meanwhile, Health Minister Joe Phaahla is visiting the victims.
Some of the victims are being treated at Helen Joseph Hospital.
The Minister will be accompanied by senior officials from both national and provincial health departments.
