CAPE TOWN - The decision not to increase the repo rate by the South African Reserve Bank will provide comfort for millions of working class families. That's according to union body Cosatu.

Many are feeling the pinch as the cost of living rises. However the union says government needs to expedite the review of the fuel price regime.
This will assist in seeing where taxes can be reduced to give relief to consumers, commuters and the economy.
COSATU's Parliamentary Coordinator Matthew Parks spoke to eNCA.
