EAST LONDON - Something stinks in East London.
Raw sewage is spilling onto several beaches. The Buffalo City Metro has not yet closed any of them.
The crisis is being blamed on aging infrastructure.

DA ward councillor Jason Mcdowell ,says the pipes need to be maintained and need to be upgraded.
"We need the infrastructure to be upgraded and that is going to take a long time especially no funding available." he said.
