WATCH | Mayor Brink issues ultimatum to SAMWU workers

JOHANNESBURG - Tshwane Mayor Cilliers Brink says an ultimatum has been issued to workers to return to work or face disciplinary action, including dismissal.

This after chaos broke out when Brink announced the City will not be granting wage increases to municipal workers.

This is the second consecutive year Tshwane workers won't receive wage increases.
