Service delivery | City of Joburg accused of cheating ratepayers

JOHANNESBURG - City of Joburg customers are being abused and cheated.

This is the view of the Johannesburg Property Owners and Managers Association.

It says ratepayers are paying more but getting less services.

Property rates have been hiked by 5.3 percent while valuations have increased by around 44 percent.
