Minister questions purchase of Telkom Towers building

JOHANNESBURG - Public Works and Infrastructure Minister Dean MacPherson visited the Telkom Towers complex earlier on Thursday.

The building, which has served as police headquarters, has been in the news in recent months, after it was declared unfit for human occupation.
