JOHANNESBURG - The Middle East is on edge after an Israeli air strike killed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. 

Israel continued to launch airstrikes on Sunday on Hezbollah targets in Lebanon.

Huge numbers of Lebanese people have been fleeing the conflict between Israel and the Shi'ite militia.
