TSOLO , EC - Basic Education Minister, Siviwe Gwarube handed over new toilets to an Eastern Cape school.
The Department is rushing to provide safe sanitation before the President's deadline of the 31st of March.
However, Civil Society says they should have done away with pit latrines a long time ago.
