JOHANNESBURG - The South African Medical Association is concerned about junior doctors who are unemployed despite completing their community service.

About one-thousand-eight-hundred doctors are said to be part of the jobless group.
The Health Department meanwhile says it's unable to hire the doctors due to budget constraints.
