JOHANNESBURG - Civil society groups and political parties have strongly criticised the tariff hikes proposed by the City of Johannesburg for 2025 and 2026.
The groups say the increases are unaffordable and will hit vulnerable residents the hardest.
Outa's Julius Kleynhans claims that the Joburg city's most vulnerable citizens are scared of how things are being terrorised. He think that the public service needs to be more stable and professionalised.
