JOHANNESBURG - Floyd Brink has been re-appointed as Joburg City Manager.
On Wednesday, council tabled and adopted a report to reinstate him.
This was despite the DA Caucus voting against that report.
The DA intends tabling a motion to dissolve the council, but does it have the numbers to carry it through?
