Cape Town begins construction of solar project

CAPE TOWN - The City of Cape Town is ramping up efforts to address its power crisis.

Construction has started on the City's first solar photovoltaic plant in Atlantis.

The 200-million-rand project is set to be completed next year and will boost the City’s grid.
