Members of the Westbury community protested at the clinic this week, saying Singh was fine when she went into the facility.

However, investigations have revealed that she had a serious underlying medical condition which contributed to her demise.

An internal report has found that the correct protocols and procedures were followed by healthcare workers at the clinic.

The Singh family has been given Miriam's post-mortem report.

Gauteng Health spokesperson, Motalatale Modiba discussed this case with eNCA.
