JOHANNESBURG - Talks between the ANC and the DA to form a government of provincial unity in Gauteng have broken down.
The two parties have been engaging and negotiating for the past two weeks on how partners of the GPU will share positions.

Gauteng Premier, Panyaza Lesufi has had to postpone his announcement of the executive council twice as the two parties locked horns.
The DA accused the ANC of negotiating in bad faith, while the ANC said the DA is stalling negotiations.
