WATCH | Steinhoff Scandal | Stephanus Grobler's case postponed to 2025

PRETORIA - Stephanus Grobler's case has been postponed to 14 February 2025 for further investigation. 

He made a brief appearance at the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Friday. 

The defence and the state will meet for a pre-trial conference in January to iron out the issues that are a bone of contention before they enroll the matter to the high court. 

The disgraced former Steinhoff director is facing racketeering charges and 3 counts of fraud for involvement in the collapse of the multinational company in 2017.

He is also charged with the manipulation of financial statements and failure to report fraudulent activities.
