JOHANNESBURG - Eastern Cape Police Provincial Commissioner General Nomthetheleli Mene says her team of investigators will crack the Lusikisiki mass shooting case.
She visited the crime scene on Sunday following the murder of eighteen people in Ngobozana village.
In the latest gruesome mass shooting to shock the country, sixteen women are among those killed.
The deceased were preparing to go to the tombstone unveiling ceremony of their relatives - another two women murdered in the area last year.
Police say they are following leads that may soon lead them to the suspects.
eNCA's Siphamandla Goge has all the details in the video above.
