JOHANNESBURG - Suspended High Court Judge Nana Makhubele will decide in the next 48 hours, whether she'll testify at the judicial conduct tribunal.
UniteBehind laid a complaint against the judge in 2018, accusing her of breaching the separation of powers.
Makhubele stayed on as chairperson of rail company PRASA, despite being appointed to the bench.
Her bid for yet another postponement of the matter was denied, with tribunal chairperson Judge President Achmat Jappie saying they will go ahead with the hearing on Wednesday.
But Makhubele says she's weighing her options.
