JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng Health is refuting claims it's not prioritising treatment for cancer patients.
The department is accused of under-spending almost R800 million allocated to oncology services.

This has led to the Cancer Alliance taking legal action.
But officials say R261-million rand has already been allocated to clear the cancer backlog.
Chair of Chairs in the Gauteng Legislature, Dulton Adams, from the ACDP says court action can be avoided.
