JOHANNESBURG - Former South African Airways board member, Yakhe Kwinana, has been released on R20,000 bail in the Palm Ridge Specialised Commercial Crimes Court.
Kwinana faces fraud charges relating to the irregular awarding of an auditing contract dating back to 2011 where she failed to disclose a conflict of interest.
She's also been barred from practising as a chartered accountant.
Kwinana will be back in court on 29 January 2025 for disclosure of the contents of the docket.
