JOHANNESBURG - Eskom insists it won't extend the deadline for the re-coding of rogue metres.
It's left thousands of electricity users scrambling to update the software on their power infrastructure by Sunday, to be able to load electricity.
It seems those still struggling are users whose luck has run out – illegally connected, and now being rejected by the system.
Their number is being put at close to 2 million.
