WATCH | ANCYL calls for bylaw enforcement of spaza shops

JOHANNESBURG - Calls are mounting for the strict enforcement of by-laws regulating spaza shops.

This comes after two children in Soweto died after consuming goods bought from a local shop.

The ANC Youth League in Johannesburg marched to the Naledi Police Station in Soweto to hand over a memorandum of demands.
