Lehlohonolo Thobela from the Service said temperatures are expected to drop.

"We have a cold front that's expected to make landfall over the southwestern parts of the country," he said.

"Mainly the cold weather is expected over the central parts of the country from Monday into Tuesday, with snow expected mainly along the Drakensberg and high-lying areas in the Eastern Cape as well as the eastern parts of the Western Cape."
