JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa has announced he will be naming his cabinet on Sunday evening.
Oscar van Heerden, political analyst and Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for African Diplomacy and Leadership, at UJ says that there are certain departments that Ramaphosa would want to keep.
Van Heerden believes these portfolios include defence and finance among others.
