JOHANNESBURG - US President Joe Biden's decision to withdraw from seeking a second term, has shifted the attention to his vice-president Kamala Harris.
The 81-year old has been under pressure to pass the baton, since his disastrous performance at a debate with Republican nominee Donald Trump.
Harris is currently a strong candidate to take over and already has Biden's endorsement.
