CAPE TOWN - Just when you thought it was safe to put away the candles, power cuts could make a return as early as next month.
But don’t panic just yet. According to financial services company Cresco, they will stay at low levels, until 2028.

They also predict electricity supply deficit from January to September 2029. This is in contrast to Eskom assuring South Africans that its medium-term outlook, shows the lights will stay on in the next four years.
