    HARARE - Zimbabwe is set to hold mass by-elections on 9 December.

    But the main opposition, Citizens Coalition for Change, says it should not be allowed to go ahead.

    Party leader Nelson Chamisa says the polls will be fraudulent if they are allowed to run.

    This follows the recalling of 15 CCC MPs from Parliament.

    But the Zimbabwe government insists the parliamentary by-elections are going ahead.

    The mass by-elections are coming just four months after Zimbabwe's national elections.
