WATCH | Case against Nulane Investments and other accused collapses

JOHANNESBURG - The State's case against Nulane Investments and six other accused has collapsed, in the Free State High Court.

Acting Judge Nompumelelo Gusha was scathing about the prosecution's case and stopped short of calling the NPA incompetent.

Gupta-linked Nulane accused freed

The accused faced charges of fraud and money laundering in a case that involved R24.9m paid to Nulane Investment.

The state alleges the transaction paved the way for the controversial R280m Estina Dairy project.
