UPDATE | IEC results board, website down

JOHANNESBURG - The IEC results board and website are down.
It’s not clear what could have caused the crash, and the reason behind it is unknown.
The ACDP and Freedom Front Plus say this is not a good image for the Electoral Commission.
The IEC says the system is operational, and its local officers continue to capture the results.
Meanwhile, over 50% of the votes are already counted.
