This comes after Thunja Capital CEO, Mthunzi Mdwaba accused Minister Nxesi and other high-profile politicians of trying to solicit a bribe of R500-million from a UIF scheme aimed at creating jobs.
The interdict prohibits Mdwaba from publicly uttering statements implying Nxesi is corrupt.
The court has ordered Mdwaba to pay Minister Nxesi's legal costs, including the cost of the two legal counsel employed.
