The NPA's Asset Forfeiture Unit has obtained a high court preservation order to freeze nine luxury properties, two ocean basket franchises, and a BMW.
It is alleged members of the National Lotteries Commission gave the money to NPOs who bought the properties on their behalf under the guise of the money being for grant funding.
