JOHANNESBURG - Businessman Mthunzi Mdwaba stands by his allegations that some government ministers asked him for a bribe.

One of them, Employment and Labour Minister Thulas Nxesi, says he'll file court papers to silence Mdwaba's claims that he solicited a bribe.

Nxesi also wants the court to halt the R5-billion agreement concluded between the Unemployment Insurance Fund and Thuja Capital Fund.
