JOHANNESBURG - Software company SAP has been ordered to pay back a whopping R81 million to the Water and Sanitation Department.
In March, the Special Tribunal ordered that SAP repay R413 million to the department.
That's the total amount paid to SAP between 2015 and 2016 for software license and support contracts.
The contracts were valued at over a billion rand.
However, SAP disputed R83 million for third party costs.
SAP has five days to pay back the money.
