EAST LONDON - More needs to be done to protect and educate local artists.
That was the message from Arts and Culture Minister Zizi Kodwa at the funeral of Bulelwa ‘Zahara’ Mkutukana.

The 'Loliwe' hitmaker died earlier this month following a battle with liver disease.
