JOHANNESBURG -President Cyril Ramaphosa has pledged to work with Johannesburg authorities to help the city live up to its world-class tag.
Ramaphosa has criticised the state of the city, despite being a longtime resident himself.
The President has been speaking at a meeting with the metro's Council.
For more analysis on this comment and the state of the Johannesburg Metro, local government analyst Wayne Sussman spoke to eNCA.
