JOHANNESBURG - Deputy President David Mabuza has expressed concern over the recent truck carnage in the country.
He’s calling for an imbizo with the trucking industry to discuss challenges faced by the drivers and to find solutions to improve safety.

20 people lost their lives last week in Uphongolo , North of Kwazulu-Natal , after a truck collided with a school transporter.
Yesterday another collision between two trucks occurred in Ulundi.
No fatalities were reported.
Mabuza is calling on all road users to exercise caution and patience on the road.
He’s pleading with communities not to resort to violence against truck drivers
