KENTON-ON-SEA - The community of the coastal town of Kenton-on-sea believe recent drownings could have been prevented.
Four children aged between 10 and 13 drowned on New Year's Day.
The body of the fourth victim was only found on Thursday.
It's believed there were no lifeguards at the time of the drownings.
