JOHANNESBURG - The High Court in Johannesburg is set to hand down judgment on whether two former apartheid security officers, implicated in the COSAS four murders, should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity.
Christiaan Rorich and Thlomedi Mfalapitsa are on trial facing charges of murder and attempted murder.
This is in connection with the murder of Eustice Madikela, Peter Matabane, Fanyana Nhlapo and the severe injury of Zandisile Musi.
